”IN THE WOODS is a powerful and evocative piece that invites the viewer to immerse themselves in the natural world and embrace the mystery and wonder that lies within.
The teddy bear, clad in a hoodie, stands in the midst of the dense forest, his gaze fixed on some unknown object in the distance. Yet, there is a sense of calm and comfort in his presence, as if he is a guide, leading the viewer deeper into the forest and showing them the hidden wonders that lie within.
As I created this piece, I was struck by the beauty and complexity of the natural world. The woods are a place of both wonder and danger, a place where one can get lost in the maze of towering trees and endless undergrowth. Whilst, at the same time, they are a place of solace and refuge, a place where one can find peace and solitude amidst the chaos of the world.”
